activeMeltControl

  • activeMeltControl (aMC) is an adaptive, fully automatic control process integrated into the IntElect machine's control system, providing greater process continuity. This, in turn, generates various effects that benefit sustainable manufacturing.
  • aMC can compensate for shot weight variations in nearly all applications and materials, whether it's due to batch fluctuations, recyclables, regrind, drying differences, dosing variations, or the use of additional additives.
  • With aMC you will benefit from great flexibility in your production, as a wider range of material variations can be accommodated when using PCR/PIR types.

myAssist

  • The software solution myAssist enhances process transparency for injection moulders by providing detailled insights into process parameters.
  • It now features optimised interfaces, improved data collection and visualization. The user interface is flexible and customisable to individual customer preferences, allowing for the representation of cycle- and time-based data.
  • Users can create customised dashboards with material or consumption data or define their own key performance indicators (KPIs) to track processes.
  • myAssist includes a high-speed knowledge database with I/O interfaces as a basic system for IoT 4.0. An HVI (Human Virtual Interface) and an expertise module provide options for manual process annotations.
  • myAssist also supports the global traceability standard for plastic products, R-Cycle, through QR codes, material labels, end products, and the upload of production data.

myConnect

  • The myConnect support app offers a comprehensive yet modular service and support platform. Enabling customers to integrate and capture data on their entire site production. For maximum security, myConnect connects to a central server via a VPN tunnel and places a request in the Sumitomo (SHI) Demag service messaging system.
  • The fully integrated ‘Site Controller’ within each machine enables various machine parameters to be called up and allows visualisation of production data at any time and from anywhere.
  • By analysing data from a variety of sources, you receive recommendations for predictive maintenance. This enables the creation of maintenance plans to prevent unplanned breakdowns, in turn helping to extend the lifecycle of machines.
  • Using myConnect, many production issues can be resolved with minimal time-lapse and human intervention. Customers can select from a Basic and Premium package, based upon their operational needs.
  • The myConnectApp gives users mobile control of important key features of the machine park, for instance operating status, order progress, rejected parts and reported faults.
